The service

RaceMarshal is a free community service for organizing sim racing championships, events and results. By using the service (browsing, signing up, uploading content, registering to events), you agree to these terms.

User-uploaded content

When you upload an image (track logo, event poster), write an announcement or a description on RaceMarshal, you represent and warrant that: - You own the content or have the necessary rights and authorizations to use, share and publicly display it. - The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. - The content is not defamatory, abusive, misleading or otherwise unlawful. You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant RaceMarshal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and serve the content within the platform for its operational purposes.

Right to remove content

RaceMarshal reserves the right to remove any user-submitted content at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, including but not limited to content that: - Appears to infringe third-party rights. - Violates these terms or applicable law. - Is reported to us through the channel below.

Copyright complaints / takedown notice

If you believe content hosted on RaceMarshal infringes your rights, please contact us at benjamin@racemarshal.app. In your notice, please provide: - Clear identification of the infringing content (URL or description). - Identification of the rights holder (you or the party you represent). - Evidence of the rights claimed (registration, publication, etc.). - A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. - Your contact information. We will review your notice and respond within a reasonable time frame.
